Hi, I'm Chris

I started Paradise Glade in 2024 after more than a decade on the operating side of businesses: first as a management consultant at Bain & Company, then for five years inside a growing company, where I led finance and operations.

 Across every role, the part I enjoyed most never changed. Sitting down with the people doing the work, from the owner to the newest hire on the floor, and figuring out what's really going on. Most of the time, the answers are already in the building. My job is to listen, connect the dots, and help the business break through whatever's been holding it back, while putting the tools, skills, and confidence in the hands of the people who'll carry it forward. 

Paradise Glade is how I bring that to smaller businesses, the kind that deserve senior-level help but don't need a full-time executive to get it. I'm based north of Boston and predominately work with companies across New England.
